I am delighted you have visited my website – welcome to my crafting world!
 
As a freelance designer and demonstrator, I have been fortunate in being able to work with some very prestigious companies such as Crafter’s Companion, Creative Expressions, Joanna Sheen and Sakura on Ideal World and Create and Craft TV, as well as Craft shows at the National Exhibition Centre and Alexandra Palace.
 
I have had the pleasure of meeting so many of you at retail shops and events up and down the country. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your valued support and enthusiasm, which is very much appreciated.
 
My website is an invitation for you to dip into my crafting world to see what I’m up to and take a peek behind the scenes. You can see what I’m making, hear news about things I’m planning and places I’m heading.

Well, so far this year I have been kept very busy working on brand new stamp designs and other lovely projects for you to enjoy and I get very excited when a new launch date approaches. I do hope you will join me on Sunday 13th June from 10 am - 12 noon on Create & Craft TV when I will demonstrating my brand new stamps. I shall be armed with some extra cards to give away so if you are able to email Ideal World I would love to hear from you and to know what you think and you may be one of the lucky ones to receive a personal card just for you - I am busily prepping for my demonstrations right now and shall be all week - so no sitting out relaxing in the garden for me! I hope you enjoy the show and the brand new stamps!

The launch of my new stamp series “Patchwork Polly and Friends” was, I’m glad to say, highly successful and very well received. I’ve had so many complimentary comments that I must say a huge “Thank you” to you all for your continued support. I really hope you enjoy crafting with these adorable characters!
 
Trade show “Oscars”
 
Sadly, for the very first time, I was unable to attend this year’s Trade show and I missed seeing my friends and colleagues from the Industry and also the general buzz of excitement and expectation that surrounds a show like this. So imagine my delight when I was told I had been awarded, Runner up in the category of Best Celebrity Crafter of the Year.
 
My wholehearted congratulations to Stephanie Weightman who won the award, I feel very honoured to be in such distinguished company. Also my warmest congratulations to Joanna Sheen who not only won the award for best stamp range but also Card Designer of the Year and to lovely Sara, from Crafter’s Companion, who was awarded Best Online Retailer of the year and indeed, to all of the other worthy winners- too many to mention by name.

Helene and I have been very busy organizing this year’s workshops and planning what we are going to do and feel very excited, as we believe this year will be even more successful than last. We enjoyed ourselves so much and we know you did too judging from the number of emails and letters of thanks received. We take pride in the fact that our workshops are instructive, informal, and very friendly with lots of fun. Add to this good food and excellent company- what more could you want? – OK, maybe some glitter!
